Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defects and damages
All our pieces are checked before packing. Please check your order upon reception and get in touch with us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Pieces, once returned, will be inspected on receipt. Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
